The bees go out of their hives to look for pollen and nectar.

Then they come back to fan the nectar by fanning the nectar it goes sticky and becomes honey.
Finally the Queen and thousands of drones and workers move to another hive then all the new queens fights the strongest queen kills all the other queens.
